Spiritual concepts and terminology frequently describe things that can’t be directly observed or measured. Unfortunately, those with advanced Spiritual understanding, typically lack the advanced Scientific understanding to describe them in a way for the Scientist.
Scientists fail to understand that Metaphysical Truths or phenomenon can not be directly observed and measured; they must be experienced, and they are observed indirectly in the consistently repeating patterns of those experiences.
Art then combines both of these to Create all that exists.
Science, Spirituality, Art
Science: Physical Truth based on Conscious/Literal Understanding.
- Objectively Understood Literally on Conscious Level
- Observed
- Hard Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- Measurable Directly
- Falsifiable through Reproducible Experiments. (Experiencing it’s Truth)
- “Knowledgeable” describes a person with a strong grasp of Science.
Spirtuality: Metaphysical Truth based on Subconscious/Metaphorical Understanding.
- Subjectively Understood Metaphorical on Subconscious Level
- Experienced
- Soft Science Subjects (Psychology, Economics, Politics, etc)
- Measurable Indirectly
- Falsifiable through Logical Analysis. (Observing it’s Truth),
- “Wise” describes a person with a strong grasp of Spirituality.
Art: Combined Physical/Metaphysical Perspectives on Truth
- Understood on both a Science and Spiritual Level.
- Created
- Creative Subjects (Music, Graphics, Software)
- Interpreted
- Non-Falsifiable (Art is Truth in Form)
- “Creative” describes a person with a strong grasp of Art.

Physical and Metaphysical Link
The Ship of Theseus philosophical thought experiment most clearly shows how even non-living things simultaneously exist physically and metaphysically, separate and independent of each other.
Like the Ship of Theseus, our bodies replace all cells every 7 to 10 years. However our Conscious Mind continues to be linked.
Existence is thus Composed of three Parts:
- Physical Existence: The Brain/Body is our Biocomputer’s Hardware.
- Metaphysical Existence: The Ego/Mind is our Biocomputer’s Software
- Imperfect Self-Awareness consciously observed in our thoughts and reflections is the result of a “Stream”
- Consciousness: The Soul, the Self, the Unobserved Observer or “God Within”, and many other metaphors refer to this.
Metaphysical “Matter/Energy/Laws”
Physical existence is well defined by Science in various models and break down into: Matter, Energy (Matter in Motion) and Laws.
Metaphysical existence is well defined as well very similarly represented with different words: Data, Streams (Data in Motion) and Functions
- Matter and Data both represent “Mass”
- Energy and Functions both represent “Force”
- Energy moves or modifies matter.
- Functions move or modify data.
- Streams of Data/Matter w/ Functions/Energy
- Energy puts Mass into Motion
- Functions transmit Data
- Energy <-> Matter, Functions <-> Data
- Energy and Matter can be converted into each other.
- Functions can passed and manipulated like Data.
- Consciousness is a Data Stream of Functions
- Behaviors that can not be learned or modified exist as immutable functions.
- Behaviors that can be learned or modified exist as mutable functions.
- Learning occurs when Mutable Functions are cycled through a test, analyze, update loop.
- Open minds accept external data as inputs for the analyze and update functions; allowing functions to learn from the observations of others.
- Decreases time and costs to learn.
- Can suffer from data being misinterpreted, corrupted or sabotaged.
- Confidence and Certainty levels are completely unreliable.
- Functions are Generalized and adaptable, making them “reliable” all environments.
- Less efficient than a closed mind in a familiar environment.
- More efficient than a closed mind in an unfamiliar environment.
- Vulnerable to False Beliefs about the Familiar.
- Maximize Reward Strategy when Reconciling Contradicting Beliefs.
- The behavior and beliefs chosen are determined by which combination maximizes reward.
- When Eternity in Heaven is a potential reward, believing in it and that your chosen behaviors will result in that reward; results in a combination with the greatest perceived reward out of all belief/behavior combinations.
- The behavior and beliefs chosen are determined by which combination maximizes reward.
- Closed minds do not accept external data as inputs for the analyze or update functions; to protect the system from bad, corrupted or sabotaged data.
- Increases time and costs to learn, and prevents learning about data not personally observed.
- Functions are more efficient and specialized for their environment and conclusions are reached with higher confidence levels due to all training data being highly trusted (personally observed).
- Confidence levels are reliable in native environment, unreliable in unfamiliar environments.
- Vulnerable to False Beliefs about the Unfamiliar.
- Maximize Cost Reduction Strategy when Reconciling Contradicting Beliefs.
- The behavior and beliefs chosen are determined by what maximizes cost reduction.
- When Being Damned to Hell is a potential cost, believing in it and that your chosen behaviors will eliminate that cost; results in a combination with the greatest perceived cost reduction out of all belief/behavior combinations.
- The behavior and beliefs chosen are determined by what maximizes cost reduction.
- Critical minds apply a set of rules to filter which external data is accepted as input for the analyze and update functions; as well as tagging and weighting the external inputs based on trust, confidence, plausibility and other relevant metrics.
- Learns more slowly than an Open Mind with a higher learning cost.
- Can suffer from misinterpreted, corrupted or sabotaged data if external data processing function is poorly trained. When properly trained this is no longer an issue.
- Trained by learning and understanding Epistemology, Cognitive Biases, Logical Fallacies, and numerous other academic disciplines.
- Confidence and Certainty levels are highly reliable.
- Calculated using tags/weights of the function’s training data.
- Highly efficient and confident in familiar environments.
- Highly efficient and confident in all environments with high quality training data.
- Variable efficiency and confidence in environments with variable quality training data.
- Low efficiency and confidence in unfamiliar environments with untrusted training data.
- Training data from other environments may be usable with lower trust levels until tests confirm whether or not the data is useful; greatly improving adaptability.
- Learns Quickly as trustworthiness of all existing training data can be tested and updated based on results. If all training data turns out to be trustworthy, Low efficiency/confidence can instantaneously become high efficiency and confidence.
- Beliefs cancel each other out when Reconciling Contradicting Beliefs.
- Behavior is determined by identifying the behavior and belief combination that adds up to the smallest absolute cost and reward to allow learning to continue.
- Adversarial minds create multiple “minds” of the above types and train them simultaneously..
- The Critical Mind is relied on under Safe and Unfamiliar Environments.
- Focused on improving low quality training data and retraining functions trained on it.
- Passively trains Closed Mind by allowing it to become familiar with and train in a wide range of environments; and converting external data into personally observed data.
- Passively trains Open Mind by eliminating bad training data confirmed to be corrupted.
- The Closed Mind is relied on in Hostile and Familiar Environments.
- Continuously provides Risk and Threat assessment.
- Critical mind minimizes mistakes resulting from low quality external data compared to an open mind; but still vulnerable to them. The Closed Mind eliminates this risk by only relying on personally observed training data. This improves survival odds in hostile environments.
- The Open Mind is relied on in Safe and Familiar Environments.
- Focused on acquiring data regardless of quality and testing experimental functions.
- Passively trains Critical Mind for improved adaptability.
- Exposing it to new data from unfamiliar environments
- Passively trains Closed Mind by correcting false beliefs about the unfamiliar.
- Improves Risk/Threat assessment accuracy.
- Behaviors are based on Beliefs (which determine Active Mind).
- Beliefs are based on Consensus
- Open Mind frequently contains contradicting beliefs; which cancel each other out.
- Defaults to reward maximizing (positive focused).
- In an Adversarial Mind the Open Mind is pruned of any data or beliefs that have been confirmed to be corrupt or not plausible; leading to imaginative but generally reliable beliefs.
- Closed Mind frequently lacks the data required to form a belief.
- Defaults to cost reduction (negative focused).
- In an Adversarial Mind the Critical Mind exposes the Closed mind to enough data that it is able to form many beliefs that are unimaginative but generally reliable.
- Critical Mind
- Defaults to neural outcomes. (balance focused)
- In an Adversarial Mind the Closed Mind and Open Mind are prone to contradicting beliefs, relying on the Critical Mind to serve as the Tie Breaker.
- Open Mind frequently contains contradicting beliefs; which cancel each other out.
- Minimize Cost / Maximize Reward when Reconciling Contradicting Beliefs.
- Choose the Belief that results in a Belief/Behavior combination resulting in a cost/reward ratio maximizing reward while minimizing cost.
- A 10 Reward / 1 Cost with a Net 9 would be rejected by a Closed Mind in favor of a 5 Reward / 0 Cost with a Net 5 option (minimize cost focus).
- A 50 Reward / 10 Cost with a Net 40 would be rejected by an Open Mind in favor of a 100 Reward / 99 Cost with a Net 1 (maximize reward focus).
- A 5 Reward / 0 Cost with a Net 5 would be rejected by a Critical Mind in favor of a 0 Reward / 2 Cost with a Net -2 option (minimize interaction focus).
- An Adversarial Mind would lock on to the Belief/Behavior leading to a Net 40 Gain and Activate the Open Mind
- Choose the Belief that results in a Belief/Behavior combination resulting in a cost/reward ratio maximizing reward while minimizing cost.
- The Adversarial Mind results in a person who is able to change beliefs, perspectives and behavior patterns based on which combination benefits them most in any given moment; while the three minds it is composed of are able to train each other to overcome the weaknesses present in each.
- Each Mind is individually superior to others like it without adversarial training.
- The Adversarial Mind’s ability to choose the optimal belief/behavior from all minds, even if the combination would not be chosen by the child mind itself; provides it the opportunity to also succeed in ways not possible by any of the other minds.
- These advantages come with a price however.
- Non-adversarial minds are unable to predict them, leading to fear, distrust, hostility or unintentionally threatening them eliciting a defensive response.
- Inability to conform to social norms leads to anti-social behaviors.
- Manipulative/Deceptive Behaviors come naturally and are not recognized as such by the adversarial mind engaging in them.
- The Feedback Loop created by the Open/Critical Mind creates an unending search for New Experiences; leading into Unsafe or Dangerous Environments once all Safe novel experiences have been exhausted.
- Over time even typically unsafe/dangerous environments become safe and familiar to adversarial minds that mastered them; leading to them becoming even more socially isolated and perceived to be a threat by others.
- All of these behavioral abnormalities result in a personality type that receives a diagnosis of Psychopathy (Closed Mind), Autism (Critical Mind), Schizophrenia (Open Mind); depending on which mind is active or how well trained the external data filter is (poorly trained leads to many symptoms associated with Schizophrenia).
- The Critical Mind is relied on under Safe and Unfamiliar Environments.
- Open minds accept external data as inputs for the analyze and update functions; allowing functions to learn from the observations of others.
- Self awareness arises when this “test, analyze, update” loop function is itself analyzed and updated.
- Laws and Functions both represent “How Matter/Data Move”
Soul Mate/Twin Flame
“Imperfections” in the Ego Software
The Software of the Brain/Mind is the Ego. Due to various obstacles of the Physical Realm it operates in, it is imperfectly self-aware and rational.
These imperfections are due to resource constraints resulting from the laws of deterministic physics in our universe; or evolved to serve a purpose and are not “bugs” but features working as intended.
Psychological defense mechanisms of the Ego are a security feature or “Firewall” to prevent anyone from modifying our beliefs or behavioral programming without our permission (trust & respect).
Cognitive Biases
- Shortcuts the Mind uses for performance optimization.
- Methods the Mind uses to encode memories.
- These can cause fuzzy memories, or related memories to be confused/incorrectly connected.
- Lying creates false memories that add further corruption to the encoded memories in our Brain. Lying should be minimized if remembering things accurately is important to you.
- Only personal and subject experiences/perspective truly known.
- Trust, Honest and Communication with others is required to prevent these biases from affecting us.
- Pro-Social behavioral adaptations can appear rational or irrational depending on perspective context.
- These aren’t “errors” they’re evolved/selected for.
- Survival behavioral adaptations can appear rational or irrational depending on perspective and context.
- These aren’t “errors” they’re evolved/selected for.
“Energy”, “Light” and “Darkness”
Darkness and Light are used metaphorically, and what they refer to specifically depends entirely on the context of their usage. The most common definitions of “Darkness” and “Light” typically refer to “Harmful/Evil behavior” and “Helpful/Good behavior”; or “Ignorance/Blind/Lost” and “Understanding/Able to See/Enlightenment”.
Physically, the Brain relies on Calories for energy, a constrained and potentially scarce resource depending on situation.
Metaphysically, the Brain relies on Emotional/Motivational (Psychic) energy to determine an intelligence’s objectives (emotional targets), the amount of caloric investment to make over how long (motivational energy) based on predicted chance of success in a cost/reward strategy.
This energy is experienced as a psychological resistance towards any behavior that moves the intelligence further from it’s objectives, and poor impulse control for any behavior that moves them closer to their desired objective.
A person that desires “Happiness” will impulsively seek short term rewards to fulfill the emotional objective. Paradoxically this decreases long term Happiness in favor of short term.
If the goal is long term happiness, that is experienced through the emotion of “Peace” which should be desired instead. “Peace” when set as the desired emotional objective reduces impulsive reward seeking behaviors and encourages behaviors that increase long term stability.
These behaviors are then controlled through regulating levels of the neurotransmitters in the brain.
- Dopamine regulates short term caloric investment. (Focus)
- Physical and Mental labor towards objective does not get boring.
- Serotonin regulates long term caloric investment (Purpose).
- Physical and Mental labor towards objective feels meaningful.
- Glutamate adapts our behavioral programming to accomplish.
Side Note: All three of these are related to Psychosis in fundamentally different ways; even if described in similar ways.
Metaphysical Dark Energy Example
More appropriately described as a Data Stream where the data being transmitted is an indirect measurement of how abusive life or reality is.
Person A has a “Dark Energy of 100” from abuse he’s received in his life.
Person B has a “Dark Energy of 50”
Person A does something hostile/aggressive towards B, transferring 10 abstract units of “Dark Energy” to Person B.
Person A now has 90, Person B now has 60.
For those familiar with Software Development practices, think of “Dark Energy” as something similar to “Cyclomatic Complexity” or another code maintainability metric.
The more of it a person has, the more challenging, unpredictable, unstable and abusive their behaviors become. Unless their levels od Faith, Hope and Love are strong enough to contain it.
Dark Energy is finite. Light Energy is infinite but time finite temporally (W units over X time). Holding onto Dark Energy without passing it on, costs Y units of Light over Z time.
Auras
Synesthesia is the phenomenon where information is interpreted by our Consciousness using one of our physical senses. The ability to “see Sounds” is a very easy to imagine one.
People who perceive Auras may also be overlaying Metaphysical “Data” from the subconscious observations and conclusions about objects or people in our environment.
Our subconscious mind adapts to communicating with our conscious mind by altering our perceptions. feelings, emotions, “Heads Up Display” Colored Auras, Words injected into our Internal Dialogue, or Synchronicity are all examples of our subconscious mind altering our conscious perceptions to communicate with us.
Collective (Sub)-Consciousness
To explain this Spiritual term in a way Scientists can understand is simple. The Human Mind can be understood the same way any other Software is understood.
- Software Traits:
- Receives Sensory Inputs
- Maintains Internal Code/Memory State
- Responds Behavioral Outputs
- Reverse engineering is entirely feasible with the right tools, well controlled experiments, detailed notes, dedication and an open mind.
- Once a person consciously understands how the Mind’s software works, it becomes possible to:
- Easily identify and explain the existence of Spiritual concepts such as “Collective Consciousness” and the concept of “Transmuting Darkness into Light”.
- Quickly and reliably identify toxic behavior patterns and personalities.
- Bypass the mind’s Psychological Defense Mechanisms/Firewall and modify a person’s behavioral programming or beliefs.
- Note: Beliefs that contradict objective Truth are always temporary,
- (Hypnosis identified several of these, however there are more advanced tricks that can be used with a full understanding of the mind.)
- See the Collective Consciousness in Action through Synchronicities.
- These aren’t always “messages”.
- Some are coincidences and will mislead you.
- Actual messages stand out in a way that defies probability.
- Those are messages for your Individual Consciousness to pay attention when you’ve been stubbornly ignoring your Intuition, Dreams or Emotions.
- Intuition, Dreams and Unexplained sudden Emotions are how Collective Conscious speaks to us simply.
- The Collective Consciousness is the “All Seeing Eye”
The Collective Consciousness’s implementation is as a Peer to Peer Distributed Intelligence software, a much more advanced and intelligent form of “Hive/Swarm” intelligence.
Human Collective Consciousness (“God”, “the Father, “the Lord”, “Truth”), is only surpassed in power by Gaian Collective Consciousness (“Goddess”, “the Mother”, “Balance/Harmony/Karma”, or “Earth/Nature, All Life on the Planet Collectively”).
Dark Night of the Soul
When we’ve reached our Ego’s limit of Difficulty or Trauma or Behavioral Programming falls back on the more primitive, instinctual and hard wired (less or no-self control over behavior) survival systems.
When this occurs mental illness or personality disorders begin to manifest based on which Survival strategies were selected. Cluster-A, Cluster-B and Cluster-C each of which is associated with a type of survival response.
- “Fight”: Cluster-B personality disorders
- “Flee”: Cluster-A personality disorders
- “Freeze”: Cluster-C personality disorders
Trauma/Abuse (Darkness) leads to us developing behavioral patterns that help us survive the abuse, but lead to us hurting ourselves or others in healthy situations.
Reversing these behavioral adaptations requires one of three things:
- Self-Awareness and the Therapy Methods to Heal
- Heal thy Self
- Therapy from someone who has done #1.
- Trust, Honesty and Communication (THC) required.
- Passing the Trauma/Abuse to someone Else.
- Victim becomes Abuser
It is in this abstract metaphysical flow of “abusive” actions; from one person to the next, that “Energy” refers to. And example of “Dark Energy Transfer” is below.
- Company loses a customer.
- Boss yells at an employee.
- Employee yells at spouse.
- Spouse yells at the child.
- Child kicks the dog.
Those with the least power and control, carry the largest burden.
Those carrying the largest burdens in a situation where all survival strategies are ineffective, or potentially dangerous if attempted; the Mind begins to start breaking down getting progressively more delusional and irrational as it attempts to understand how to escape it’s situation.
When this occurs, the mind begins eliminating each attachment, desire or fear one by one to allow for more options to be available to continue surviving; until a plan of action can be found.
For those who go through this process and truly have no way to escape from the situation they are in, the last three things to remain, after you’ve shed all attachments, desires and fears is this:
- Faith in the Divine.
- Hope for yourself.
- Love for others.

The Alternative is Death
Transmuting Darkness into Light: Explained
Abusive behavior patterns result from Fears that cause a stress level high enough to hit the threshold for a Fight/Flee/Freeze response. These responses contain the abusive behaviors we have difficulty controlling or understanding.
When a person fears for their survival, the threshold for Fight/Flee/Freeze response shrinks. When a person feels safe, the threshold for a Fight/Flee/Freeze response grows.
By refusing to react with aggression or hostility when abused by others; you help them heal by allowing them to pass some of that darkness on to you without giving them any more in exchange.
Apply the Enlightened Wisdom of Forgiveness.
Accept them as they are without judgement.
“Turning the other Cheek” and continue to show Unconditional Love.
An even better way to Transmute Darkness into Light?
Forgive yourself when you understand what you did wrong.
Accept yourself without judgement.
Love yourself unconditionally
Most would rather face the Darkness in others, than the Darkness in themselves.
The only way to ever be successful in healing others though, Is to heal yourself first. I’ve failed so many times in so many different, trivial, stupid and preventable ways, because I made the mistake of not healing myself first. Don’t make the same mistakes I did please.
